Navigating Your Online Ordering Experience
⚠️ Order pickup time conflicts or delays
Cause: High demand can lead to full time slots or slight delays during peak hours. Your order will not be ready before the specified pickup time.
Solution: During checkout, carefully review available pickup times. If your preferred time is not listed, choose another available slot or consider visiting the cafe in person. We appreciate your patience during busy periods.
⚠️ Issue with weekly bagel special availability
Cause: Weekly bagel specials from local providers (Bagel Bums) are available in limited quantities and can run out.
Solution: When ordering a weekly bagel special, be sure to indicate a 'backup bagel' preference like Plain or Everything. If no preference is given and the special is unavailable, your order will default to a plain bagel.
⚠️ Difficulty modifying blended fruit in bowls
Cause: Certain menu items, like acai bowls, have pre-set blended fruit ingredients that cannot be changed.
Solution: While the blended fruit cannot be modified, you can often change the liquid your bowl is blended with and add various toppings to customize your order. Review the menu descriptions for specific customization options.
