Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – Plano, TX – July 15, 2019. Working at NTTA was and good experience. The call were easy and some difficult customer but over all a really good work expereince to learn and grow. Manger wete encouragable to a certain extent but not fully pushing the agents to their fullest.
