⚠️ Missing Robux After Task Completion
Cause: Offers may not track correctly, or there might be delays in reward processing from third-party advertisers.
Solution: First, review the Help Centre section titled 'Missing R$' for common reasons and troubleshooting steps. Ensure all offer requirements were met precisely. If the issue persists, you can ask for assistance by visiting their Discord server or by contacting administrative support at [email protected].
⚠️ Unable to Access Your Bloxawards Account
Cause: This could be due to a forgotten Bloxawards password, incorrect login method selection, or an issue with your linked external account (Google/Discord).
Solution: If you forgot your Bloxawards password (for RBLX Username login), use the 'Forgot your Password?' link on the login page. Verify you are selecting the correct login option you used during registration (Roblox Username, Google, or Discord). If using Google or Discord, ensure those accounts are active and accessible.
Prioritizing Your Digital Safety: Essential Precautions
- 🔒 Verify URLs: Always confirm you are on the official bloxawards.com website to avoid phishing sites.
- 🔒 Unique Passwords: Use a strong, unique password for your Bloxawards account that is different from your Roblox password and other online accounts. This prevents credential stuffing attacks.
- 🔒 Never Share Roblox Password: Bloxawards explicitly states they will never ask for your Roblox password. Any request for your Roblox password is a critical red flag and should be immediately disregarded.
- 🔒 Beware of Phishing: Be cautious of unsolicited emails or messages claiming to be from Bloxawards that ask for personal information or direct you to suspicious links.
- 🔒 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable 2FA on your Google and Discord accounts (if used for login) and on your Roblox account for enhanced protection against unauthorized access.
