When Your CBJJ Athlete Record Needs Attention
⚠️ Unable to Register or Renew
Cause: Incorrect data entry, unstable internet connection, or existing account conflict.
Solution: First, double-check all entered information for accuracy. Ensure your internet connection is stable. If you find yourself unable to proceed with a registration or renewal, and you believe you may have an existing record but can't access it, avoid creating a new account. Creating duplicate profiles can lead to loss of your valuable athlete history. Instead, reach out to the CBJJ support team for assistance.
⚠️ Forgotten Registration Details
Cause: Loss of access credentials or inability to locate a previously established athlete record.
Solution: We know being locked out is stressful. If you have forgotten details for your existing athlete record, do not attempt to create a new profile. Contact the CBJJ support team immediately through the "FALE CONOSCO" section.
