Resolving Common Ditlep Access and Information Issues
⚠️ Website is unreachable or 'down'
Cause: Server issues, maintenance, or network problems on Ditlep's side.
Solution: We know being locked out is stressful. If you encounter an 'is down' message or cannot access the site, it may be undergoing maintenance or experiencing temporary issues. Check community forums like Reddit for updates from other users. Usually, these are temporary and resolve on their own.
⚠️ Dragon rankings seem inaccurate
Cause: Ditlep's ranking system primarily focuses on nominal damage, which may not fully reflect a dragon's overall utility or synergy in battles.
Solution: While Ditlep's rankings offer a general idea of dragon power, they are not always 100% reliable. Consider other factors like skills, elements, and community recommendations for a more comprehensive view.
⚠️ Difficulty contacting other players for trades
Cause: External platforms like Discord or Facebook may block messages from strangers or restrict friend requests, making direct contact challenging.
Solution: The Ditlep Trading Hub's internal messaging system is designed to overcome these issues. Ensure you are logged into your Ditlep account, as this facilitates direct communication within the platform, allowing you to manage and receive notifications about trade offers.
Securing Your Ditlep Trading Profile and Data
- 🔒 Safeguard Your Token Link: If you use Ditlep's token link feature for UserID and SessionID, do not share it with anyone. This link grants access to your game session.
- 🔒 Understand Data Collection: Ditlep collects non-identifying IP addresses for abuse detection and deletes this data weekly. Your email, used for trade notifications, is encrypted and not shared publicly.
- 🔒 Be Mindful of Ads: The site hosts third-party advertisements that use cookies. You can manage personalized advertising through your browser or Google Ads settings.
- 🔒 Use Strong Passwords: For your Google or Discord account used to log into Ditlep, always maintain a strong, unique password and consider two-factor authentication for added security.
