Epicbux: Warning & Information on Reported Scams
Quick Summary
- Old 'Epicbux' was PTC scam
- No official, legitimate website exists
- Robux versions often flagged as scams
- Exercise extreme caution online
The term 'Epicbux' generally refers to two distinct entities, both associated with significant caution for online users. Historically, 'Epicbux' was a paid-to-click (PTC) website that operated around 2015-2017. This platform was widely reported by users as a scam, with numerous complaints of non-payment and lack of transparency. More recently, the name 'EpicBux' has appeared in connection with third-party Robux sellers, particularly via platforms like Discord. It's crucial to understand that official Roblox channels strongly advise against using any third-party services for obtaining Robux, as these are frequently associated with scams designed to steal account credentials or personal information.

Understanding Risks Associated with 'Epicbux' Platforms
- Information regarding official requirements for an 'Epicbux' platform cannot be provided, as no legitimate, active official website for an 'Epicbux' service has been identified through public searches. Any platform operating under this name should be approached with extreme skepticism and caution.
Why Official 'Epicbux' Access Is Unlikely
- Official login steps for an 'Epicbux' portal are unavailable. This is due to the historical 'Epicbux' PTC site being widely reported as a scam and no current, legitimate official website existing. For any platforms claiming to be 'Epicbux' and requesting login details, users are strongly advised to reconsider and verify legitimacy to prevent potential account compromise.
Reported Characteristics of 'Epicbux' (Scam History)
- Based on historical reports of the original 'Epicbux' PTC site, purported features included earning small amounts of money for viewing advertisements. However, user reviews consistently indicated a lack of real-time content, few tasks, and a system where earnings were difficult to accrue and payouts were rarely, if ever, received. For newer platforms using the 'EpicBux' name in relation to Robux, advertised features typically involve selling 'cheap Robux' or offering Robux through various tasks. However, these services are often flagged as potential scams by official sources and user communities, with risks including non-delivery of Robux and account theft.
Navigating Difficulties with Unofficial Earning Sites
⚠️ Account issues (e.g., unpaid earnings, locked account)
Cause: Historical reports for the original 'Epicbux' indicate users frequently encountered issues with low earnings, non-payment, and unresponsiveness from the platform. For alleged 'EpicBux' Robux sellers, reported problems include non-delivery of purchased Robux or account compromise.
Solution: If you are encountering issues with a platform claiming to be 'Epicbux,' especially regarding payment or Robux delivery, please be aware that historical and current search results strongly suggest these platforms are highly suspicious or fraudulent. We understand that being locked out or losing expected earnings is frustrating, but direct support for such platforms is often non-existent. Prioritize securing your personal information and avoiding further engagement. If account details were shared, change passwords immediately on all related services.
Protecting Yourself from Online Earning & Robux Scams
- 🔒 Always verify the legitimacy of any online earning or currency selling platform before engaging. Look for official links and consistent positive reviews from reputable sources.
- 🔒 Be highly skeptical of promises for 'free' or 'cheap' in-game currency like Robux from unofficial sources. Roblox, for instance, explicitly states that offers of free Robux are scams.
- 🔒 Never share your account passwords or personal information with third-party websites or services, especially those promising unrealistic rewards.
- 🔒 Use strong, unique passwords for all your online accounts and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) whenever possible.
- 🔒 If a website or service seems suspicious or makes unrealistic claims, avoid it entirely. Your online safety is paramount.
🎧 Official Support & Help Center

Official Roblox sources and cybersecurity experts strongly advise against using third-party Robux sellers. These services are frequently scams designed to trick users into providing account credentials, leading to account compromise or loss of funds.
Q: How can I get Robux safely?
The only safe and legitimate ways to acquire Robux are directly through the official Roblox platform, by purchasing Roblox Gift Cards, or through earning them via game development on Roblox. Avoid any websites or individuals promising 'free' or 'cheap' Robux.
