Addressing Access Concerns for Onboard Viewers
⚠️ Cannot find Sport 24 on my flight or cruise.
Cause: Sport 24 is not available on all flights or vessels, or on domestic routes.
Solution: First, confirm if your specific international flight or cruise ship is equipped with Sport 24. This service is exclusively for international, long-haul travel or select cruise line partners. We recommend checking directly with your airline or cruise line in advance of your journey, as availability can vary even within a partner's fleet. If you are on an eligible carrier, ensure you are navigating the onboard entertainment digital portal correctly to locate the channel.
⚠️ The program schedule doesn't match my current time.
Cause: Time zone discrepancies can affect how the schedule appears.
Solution: The official schedule is initially displayed in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). However, on the Sport 24 website, you have the option to adjust the schedule to any time zone using a drop-down list on the schedule page. This will help you synchronize the broadcast times with your local viewing time.
