Navigating Challenges on the Mohren Jass Tables
β οΈ Cannot access my account (forgotten password)
Cause: You have forgotten your login password.
Solution: We know being locked out is stressful. If you can't remember your password, simply click the Passwort vergessen? (Forgot password?) link on the login page. You'll be asked to enter the email address you used for registration. An email will then be sent with instructions to reset your password and regain access to your digital portal.
β οΈ Experiencing connection issues or parts of the website are not loading correctly
Cause: Outdated temporary internet files (cache) or firewall restrictions might be interfering with the platform's connection.
Solution: First, try clearing your browser's temporary internet files or cache to ensure you're viewing the most current version of the site. If the problem persists, your Firewall might be blocking access. For most setups, it works fine, but some security software might require adjustments. You might need to open specific ports (8080 for Sockel.IO or 10843 if not supported) or add `jassen.mohrenbrauerei.at` and `jass.mohrenbrauerei.at` to your security software's exceptions. If you're in a corporate network or have complex security software, contacting your administrator is the fastest route to a fix.
