Navigating Account Access and League Play Obstacles
⚠️ Cannot access account (forgotten password)
Cause: The user has forgotten their password for the digital portal.
Solution: From the login page, click the Forgot Password? link. Enter your registered email address, and FFPC will send instructions to reset your password. Remember to check your spam folder if the email doesn't appear in your inbox promptly.
⚠️ Location detection issues for registration/play
Cause: The FFPC platform cannot verify your physical location, which is required due to jurisdictional regulations.
Solution: Ensure your browser's location services are enabled for myffpc.com. For iPhone and iPad users, navigate to Settings > Privacy > Location Services and grant access to all browsers and the FFPC App. Also, disable any active pop-up blockers that might prevent location notifications from appearing. If problems persist, contact support.
⚠️ Emergency lineup change requests
Cause: A critical, last-minute need to adjust your team's lineup outside of the standard submission process.
Solution: In extreme emergencies, email [email protected] with LINEUP CHANGE in the subject line or call 1-888-898-FFPC. Include your league number, team name, login name, password, and specific player changes. These changes must be received before the weekly deadline.
⚠️ Disputing a scoring error (stat appeal)
Cause: Belief that there is an incorrect scoring calculation for a player's statistics.
Solution: Email [email protected] with STAT APPEAL in the subject line. Clearly detail the perceived error. FFPC typically uses Elias Sports Bureau to automatically correct statistical discrepancies, but direct appeals are available for unique situations. All scoring becomes final by Friday 6 PM EST following the game week.
