• You must belong to one of ValorFI Heroes' affinity groups: educators, first responders, healthcare workers, law enforcement, veterans, or be a supporter of these groups.
• A mobile phone is required for banking with ValorFI Heroes, and a smartphone is recommended to fully utilize features like mobile deposits and one-time passcodes (OTPs) for authentication.
• Please note that ValorFI Heroes does not currently offer membership to residents of California, Idaho, Illinois, Oregon, and Washington.
