Smooth Solutions for Account Access
โ ๏ธ Email address not accepted during registration
Cause: Incorrect format, pre-existing registration, or a temporary system glitch preventing validation.
Solution: First, double-check that your email address is typed correctly and free of typos. Ensure there are no extra spaces. If the issue persists, try using a different email address if possible, or wait a short period and attempt registration again. If you continue to see a 'red frame' around the email field, it could indicate an issue with the format or a temporary system problem. Consider contacting support with a screenshot of the error.
โ ๏ธ Error in selecting gender during registration
Cause: A technical bug on the registration form or an oversight in input.
Solution: If you encounter an error when selecting your gender, refresh the registration page and try again. Ensure you click clearly on the correct option. If the problem persists, it may be a temporary technical issue. Contacting support with details of the error would be the fastest way to resolve this.
โ ๏ธ Need to change registered personal information
Cause: Information was entered incorrectly during initial registration or personal details have changed.
Solution: We understand that details can change or be mistyped. You can generally modify your registered information within your personal profile section on the academy's online portal. Navigate to your profile settings after logging in and look for options to edit your details. If you cannot find this option or face difficulties, reach out to the academy's support team for assistance.
โ ๏ธ Forgot my account password
Cause: Loss of login credentials.
Solution: We know being locked out is stressful. The fastest fix is usually to use the 'Forgot Password' or 'Reset Password' link, which is typically located near the login fields on the portal. Follow the instructions to receive a password reset link in your registered email inbox. Make sure to check your spam folder if it doesn't appear in your main inbox.
