Quick Solutions for Sumajob Account Access
⚠️ Cannot log in to your Sumajob account.
Cause: Incorrect registration number or password, or an issue with the system not responding.
Solution: First, double-check your 登録番号 (registration number) and パスワード (password) for typos. If you've forgotten your password or registration number, click on the '登録番号・パスワードを忘れた方はこちら' link on the login page to initiate recovery. If the login button doesn't respond even with correct credentials, or if you've forgotten your registration number entirely, please contact your registered branch for assistance. We know being locked out is stressful, and your branch can provide direct support.
⚠️ My registration shows as 'temporary' after signing up.
Cause: The full registration process, including all required steps, has not been completed yet.
Solution: To move from temporary to full registration, ensure you have completed all necessary steps in your My Page: complete your profile, submit any required confirmation documents, watch the job-related videos, and finish your web interview. Once these steps are done, your registration will be made permanent, allowing you to access all job opportunities.
⚠️ Few or no job listings appear in my area.
Cause: Job availability fluctuates based on demand and location, and some areas may have fewer opportunities at certain times.
Solution: Sumajob's job listings are updated regularly. If you don't find suitable jobs immediately, please check back periodically. Consider broadening your search criteria or exploring different areas if possible. For further assistance or to inquire about potential upcoming jobs in your region, contacting your registered branch can provide more specific insights.
